Aaron Aitken

Managing Director | Chair

Aaron is an experienced leader with a demonstrated history of building successful scale-ups. He is a passionate, energised thinker who thrives on the building of companies, connecting the dots and in making the impossible, possible. His primary focus is translating vision and ambition into strategy, tactical planning and execution. At Circl he is responsible for steering the operational excellence of the management team.

Connor Aitken

Director | Construction

A highly dedicated and knowledgeable construction professional with 15 years experience in the industry. Connor is a respected construction manager having worked his way through the building trade, site management and project management. Most recently he successfully led construction teams on the $1.3 billion Multiplex project Jewel on the Gold Coast At Circl, he is responsible for our large loss, commercial and complex construction projects. He is also our National Licensee.

Blake Waters

Director | Repairs & Maintenance

Blake is an experienced operations manager with a track record of delivering results in both business performance and customer outcomes. He is a proactive, hands on leader that drives a deep sense of purpose and organisational alignment. With extensive experience in estimating, contract & project management across the commercial and residential industries he provides invaluable leadership to our operations teams. Blake’s primary role at Circl is the management of our BAU repairs and maintenance works.

Paul Allen

National Operations Manager

Paul is a seasoned operations manager with a strong track record of achieving excellence in business performance and customer/client satisfaction. With over 25 years of industry experience, Paul has consistently demonstrated his prowess in managing and directing full-scope construction projects and large asset maintenance to meet company framework expectations. His expertise extends across diverse contracts, spanning the private, government, insurance reconstruction, and mining sectors.

Currently in his role at Circl, he is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company. In this capacity, he manages a multitude of large and diverse contracts, skillfully orchestrating teams and projects to ensure that Circl consistently delivers on its promises and maintains its position as a leader in the industry.
